Job description

This position is primarily responsible for loading the final product produced and responsible for
the logistics of corn brought into the plant. They receive all the incoming manufacturing
supplies and are responsible for the operation of the receiving building, elevator, wet pad area,
and DDGS building.

Duties:
  1. Responsible for load-out of all final products produced
  2. Responsible for dumping all grain coming into the plant
  3. Responsible for relief and assistance at the scales and corn grading
  4. Responsible for the housekeeping, the equipment and the operation of the corn receiving building, the elevator, the DDG building, and the wet pad area
  5. Responsible for receiving all incoming manufacturing supplies
  6. Responsible for cleaning up other areas of the plant when needed
  7. Responsible for daily inspection of equipment both stationary and rolling stock
  8. May have to work overtime some nights and weekends as needed
  9. All duties are performed in a safe manner in accordance with safety policies
  10. Any other duties that management may assign
Qualifications:
  • Computer skills required
  • Experience in the operation of industrial rolling stock (skidsteer, telehandler, front loader, forklift) and grain handling equipment
  • Experience in railcar moving a plus
  • Safety oriented
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, time management
  • Ability to work as a strong team player
  • Demonstrate commitment to company values
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime
  • High School Diploma
