Job summary

Boise Cascade Company is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, select, and load materials, and to operate a forklift safely in a high‑traffic environment. You will verify orders after packaging, provide basic customer service to internal and external customers, and collaborate with the team to fulfill daily tasks.

The role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions, adherence to OSHA safety procedures, and daily forklift safety checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2+ years equivalent experience.
• Able to follow safety/work instructions.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically demanding.
• Proficient with hand tools and chainsaw.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years equivalent experience. Able to understand and follow safety/work instructions. Comfortable with physical work in all weather conditions. Ability to use hand tools and chainsaw.

Preferred Qualifications: Forklift experience (sit-down/counterbalance). Familiarity with building materials. Able to measure and calculate material lengths.

Work Environment: High traffic warehouse and yard. Physically demanding; outdoors in all weather conditions.
