Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Material Handler in Sparta, WI to support the Production Department and maintain smooth production flow. The ideal candidate brings reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to the team.

Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 9:30pm–5:30am with OT on Fridays as needed. Pay starts at $22.05 per hour with a $1.25 shift differential and includes a benefits package after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Able to troubleshoot problems as they arise and fix them in an efficient and safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Bring all packaging materials from warehouse and stage for each production run with no interruption in production flow.
• Operate and maintain case erector.
• Keep accurate documentation on all paperwork.
• Assist and fill in for operators when needed.
• Maintain and assist in keeping the setup area/warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist in keeping walkways and fire exits free and visible.
• Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.

As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process.
