## Material HandlerApplyremote type: Onsitelocations: Saddle Brook, New Jerseytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR102005**Position Summary:**Support the material handling activities in Saddle Brook plant to obtain a safe, efficient, productive, and economical manufacturing operation. Primary functions will be to process and transport materials throughout the organization.**Principle Duties (includes, but is not limited to):*** Transport and load/unload materials in the warehouse and value stream(s) to and from pallets, bins, racks, shelves, etc.* Pick parts for shipping and package according to shipping procedures. Complete appropriate paperwork needed to ship the material.* Perform transactions in GLOVIA to ensure inventory accuracy.* Use of pallet jacks, wav machine, forklifts and hand trucks to bring materials to the appropriate locations.* Fill Kan-Ban bins on the value stream(s).* Monitor stockroom accuracy and report discrepancies in quantities to supervisors.**Essential Qualifications / Experience:*** Must be able to stand, bend, push, and reach for long periods of time.* Must be able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.* Must have a basic reading/writing ability to read and interpret customer orders and shipping/trafficking requirements.* Basic math and computer skills are necessary.* Knowledge of GLOVIA inventory database is helpful but not required.* Material handlers may be certified on the use of forklifts and other material moving equipment.EOE/Women/Minorities/Veterans/DisabledSalary range: $18.00/hour.
