Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial in Richardson, TX is seeking Material Handlers / Kitters for long-term opportunities. Pay rate ranges from $19/hr on 1st shift to $20.90/hr on 2nd shift. Shifts run Mon-Thu with OT available; 1st shift 5am-3:30pm, 2nd shift 4pm-2:30am.

Training provided and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include receiving, counting, stocking materials, and preparing upgrade material kits for delivery. Basic computer skills and ability to follow digital instructions are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-12+ months material handling experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and will have to be verified.
• Background checks, including criminal history verification, and drug screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and stocks raw materials to production and shipping areas.
• Ensures accurate counts, packaging, stock rotation, part identification and shelf-life determination.
• Sorts, inspects, and validates warranty on returned material.
• Completes detailed inventory transactions documenting the receipt and delivery of materials.
• Prepares, configures, and packages upgrade material kits for delivery.
