Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our Phoenix team. The role supports production by delivering parts, moving goods, and entering inventory in the MRP system. You will prepare orders for shipment, label and stage items, and assist with loading/unloading trucks.

Responsibilities include operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, maintaining safety, and aiding month-end counts. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• MRP software experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred.
• Ability to work full time with a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to production and move finished goods to the warehouse.
• Enter inventory locations in the MRP system.
• Prepare, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Load/unload trucks and support offsite locations.
• Ensure pallets have sheets and proper wrapping.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with month-end inventory counts.
• Cross-check packing lists against pick lists.
• Move scrap and dispose trash at roll-off containers.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) if needed.
• Possible backup truck driving.
• Lift at least 25 lbs.

Job description

Warehouse Material Handler

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts to production and place finished goods from production into the warehouse

• Perform MRP data entry for inventory locations

• Prepare orders for shipment, including cartons and pallets, shrink wrapping, labeling, and staging

• Load and unload trucks, including at offsite warehouse locations

• Ensure all finished pallets have pallet sheets and are properly wrapped

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Assist the inventory team during month-end inventory counts

• Cross-check shipment pack lists against order pick lists for accuracy

• Assist with maintaining outside premises by moving scrap to grinding and disposing of trash in roll-off containers

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (experience a plus)

• Serve as a possible backup truck driver

• Lift a minimum of 25 lbs

• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:
