Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-the-Columbia is seeking a warehouse associate to receive products from stores, donors, and sites. You will sort items into processing, recycling, and storage categories while ensuring safety and efficiency in a busy warehouse.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to move 50-pound objects, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. You will help maintain clean, safe operations and deliver friendly customer service on the floor.

What will you do in this job?

• Receive product from retail stores, donation sites, and donors
• Sort product into processing, recycling and storage categories
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials
• Unload and load trucks
• Operate a baler (not all locations)
• Complete cleaning tasks as needed
• Regularly conduct and document safety inspections
• Provide customers service using Greet, Offer, Thank and Ask Back protocol

Compensation and Benefits for Full-Time Work:

Starting Rate: $18.00, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $22.28, achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.

Days and hours are dependent on business needs. Please be aware that the needs of our business include evening and weekend work.
