Material Handler

PeopleReady of Tampa, FL is now hiring Material Handlers in Odessa, FL. As a Material Handler, you will maintain production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials, and resupplying for other workers on production lines

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Material Handler:

• Safely and efficiently package products according to quality standards using automatic and manual machines
• Assist operators, batch makers and other employees with various tasks in regard to finished product manufacturing
• Maintain accurate written records
• Stack and palletize
• Fill heavy bags with material on assembly line.
• Quality Inspection

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Heavy lifting up to 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout day
• Basic reading skills
• Basic math skills
• Standing for long hours of the day
• Bending, crouching, lifting, pulling, pushing!
• Background check and drug test required
