Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation seeks a Warehouse Associate to load and unload materials, move goods, and dispatch shop orders to meet production schedules. You will handle material tagging, inventory counts, and daily Oracle data entries in a fast paced, safety‑driven environment.

The role requires forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Expect a shift in a general plant setting with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to production flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads materials into or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves using ladders, forklift pallet jack or manually.
• Conveys materials to or from warehouse or manufacturing areas, using carts, dollies, or other devices.
• Dispatches all production shop orders as per established schedule.
• Counts, weighs, and updates records of all raw materials received at stores or issued to production areas.
• Inputs daily transactions on the Oracle System terminal.
• Maintains all raw materials properly identified with Part Numbers, Description, Lot Number, Quantity, and other required information.
• Maintains warehouse area organized and clean to avoid accidents or hazardous conditions.

Reads shop orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials. May occasionally operate Forklift to assist in loading or moving materials and products. Operates hand cart or other equipment as needed to move raw materials, in process materials, and finished products to and from the manufacturing and warehouse areas.SUPERVISION RECEIVED Under direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor or designee.SUPERVISION EXERCISED N/AESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 1. Loads and unloads materials into or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves using ladders, forklift pallet jack or manually. 2. Conveys materials to or from warehouse or manufacturing areas, using carts, dollies, or other devices. 3. Dispatches all production shop orders as per established schedule prepared by the Production/Materials Planner or warehouse group leader of coordinator. 4. Counts, weighs, and updates records of all raw materials received at stores or issued to production areas. 5. Inputs daily transactions on the Oracle System terminal. 6. Inventory count verification as required. 7. Maintains all raw materials properly identified with Part Numbers, Description, Lot Number, Quantity, and other required information. 8. Keeps and ensures the adequate storage of raw material and finished goods. 9. Inform the Planner and Planner Buyers of shortages of materials or lack of materials to avoid downtime on production. 10. Maintains security measures for the Printed Material area. 11. Notifies supervisor of any defects of the material handling equipment or need of other equipment. 12. Dispatch priority orders before others, in order to meet production schedule. 13. Maintains a constant flow of shop orders in the production process to maintain a constant flow of production and maximize use of human resources, machinery, etc. 14. Maintains warehouse area organized and clean to avoid accidents or hazardous conditions. 15. Operates forklift truck, pallet jack, and hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipment from any areas of warehouse to storage or work area. May drive company van to transport products or materials when required. 16. When required, coordinates, and participates in annual physical inventory. 17. Fills in required information on shop orders, material requisition list, and other documentation.18.
