Job summary

Dauch in Newton, NC is seeking a Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on material movement, accurate scanning, and timely delivery of parts to the assembly line.

You will work with Kanban methods, operate standard material handling equipment, and ensure accurate receiving and shipping. A high school diploma or GED is required, and commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating bar code scanners and material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a computer, bar scanning devices, and related equipment proficiently.
• Maintain the assembly cell by delivering materials and removing finished goods promptly.
• Receive and ship products correctly and promptly.
• Operate all material handling equipment safely and expeditiously.
• Have a working knowledge of Kanban systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
