Job summary

International is seeking experienced warehouse Material Handlers in the United States. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 120 days of employment. Benefits begin on day one of employment, and overtime may be required.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with additional overtime options in the early morning or on weekends as needed. The role requires operating various material handling equipment and performing warehouse duties to support order fulfillment

Position Overview

International is hiring experienced warehouse Material Handlers

Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour

$500 Sign-On Bonus (After 120 days of successful employment)

Benefits Begin on Day 1 of Employment

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm.

All teammates must be willing to work overtime if needed. Overtime is scheduled Monday through Friday 7:00am - 9:00am and/or Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 11:00am/2:30pm.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, expert service to every customer
  • Complete all necessary steps required for customer order fulfillment in line with published operating procedures, policies and performance standards
  • Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment including but not limited to standup forklift, reach truck, order picker, stock chaser, or pallet jack
  • Perform data entry tasks on an RF unit for binning and picking orders
  • Strictly adhere to all facility safety requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.   • Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time
  • Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Able to work flexible hours
Desired Skills
  • Operate an electric stock chaser with training
  • Must have ability run a "Reach Truck" equipment.
