Total Talent Solutions is hiring a Material Handler in McPherson, KS for a day shift. The role supports warehouse operations, moves materials, and ensures accurate staging and shipping readiness.

Pay rate is $19.50 per hour with a schedule of 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Candidates should have forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using a forklift while ensuring safe material handling practices.
• Package materials and finished products according to customer specifications and prepare for shipment.
• Complete shipping documentation, including packing slips and labeling of outgoing freight.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Receive, inspect, and process returned goods, raw materials, and purchased items.
• Maintain organized staging areas and ensure warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards.
• Coordinate workflow with team members and third-party partners to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Monitor and manage daily workflow, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
