Job summary

Marion Goodwill Industries is seeking a Material Handler to keep donations moving from processing to the sales floor, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required), maintain clean and organized work areas, and support production while delivering excellent customer service to donors and shoppers. Flexible, competitive pay with opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, retail backroom, distribution, or production experience a plus.
  • Reliable, safety-minded, organized, and team-oriented; able to follow standard operating procedures and meet targets.

Responsibilities

  • Use pallet jacks and forklifts to transport goods (forklift certification required).
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Support production by ensuring stations are stocked and running efficiently.
  • Greet donors and shoppers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow all safety and Goodwill operating procedures.
  • Safely move trash carts, salvage containers, and merchandise to keep the flow of production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Work in backroom/dock environment with varying temperatures; use PPE as required.
