Job summary

Worley, a global energy, chemicals and resources company, seeks an on-site Materials Coordinator to order, schedule, set up and maintain all materials and equipment for the job site.

You will receive and inspect materials, support inventory control, assist supervision, and help in the field as needed to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Responsible for ordering, scheduling, setting up, and maintaining all materials and equipment needed on site.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Set up, charge, and order all material/equipment needed
  • Receive, inspect, help unload and distribute material
  • Set up and maintain inventory system and reordering
  • Assist contact supervision upon request
  • Assist in the field when needed
  • Attain proper accounting documents for all work order numbers monthly
  • Assist operator with orders when requested
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
