Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Hercules, California, seeks an RA Specialist for a temporary role within the Operations Department. You will perform daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and distributing materials, ensuring accuracy and safety.

The 6am-2:30pm shift requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of related experience; forklift experience and knowledge of shipping procedures (domestic and international) are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, including international shipping and hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions, with basic math and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and distributing materials.
• Load and unload trucks and other distribution channels, ensuring accurate handling of goods.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, verifying goods received against documentation.
• Conduct initial quality checks on incoming products and stage materials for packaging.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials and assist in cycle counts of physical inventory.
