Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable Material Handler for a leading manufacturer in Charleroi, PA. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM shift and a $20/hr pay rate.

The position offers long-term stability and a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one. Responsibilities include receiving materials, operating scan guns, staging items for production, packaging shipments, and maintaining equipment and area safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, shipping, or inventory management.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Forklift experience required.
• Warehouse and material handling experience preferred.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials from suppliers.
• Use scan guns and printers to accurately process and label materials.
• Pull, stage, and organize materials for production and shipping.
• Package shipments according to quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean assigned equipment.
• Maintain an organized work area while following 6S housekeeping practices.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures.
• Complete tasks independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Schedule
