Job summary

Centro, Inc. of Davenport, Iowa, is seeking a dependable Material Handler to move raw materials, molds, accessories, and finished products across the facility to keep production safe and efficient.

Starting pay is $20.60 per hour for a Full-Time 3rd shift role with hands-on training and opportunities for career advancement within North America’s largest custom rotational molder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn internal systems.
• Forklift experience preferred (training available).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials safely and accurately
• Deliver raw materials, molds, and accessories to machines and work cells as needed
• Maintain proper product identification, labeling, and FIFO material flow
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks
• Verify incoming and outgoing quantities and report discrepancies
• Maintain organization, housekeeping, and staging areas throughout the facility
• Complete inventory counts as directed
• Perform daily equipment and forklift inspections
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Assist other departments as needed to support production priorities
