Job summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Garner, NC is hiring a full-time Materials Handler to supply parts to the production area and fulfill orders accurately and on time. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with potential overtime.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, preparing parts for work orders, inventory monitoring, and reading blueprints to identify parts and documents. Position involves both indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

DAY-TO-DAY AS A MATERIALS HANDLER

In the Materials Handler role, you will regularly be on your feet loading and unloading materials, preparing parts for work orders, monitoring inventory, and keeping the warehouse and outside lot organized and clear of debris. You will safely operate sit‑down forklifts, moving large material throughout the facility. You will read and interpret blueprints to identify parts, work orders, and shipping/receiving documents. This position works both inside and outside in all weather conditions.
