Lippert Components is seeking a forklift-skilled warehouse associate for a full-time role. You will pick materials for transfers, POs and service orders, label parts, and support perpetual inventory with 5S practices. The job emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires LCI forklift certification or license, basic reading/writing, and the ability to operate standard warehouse software. Training will be provided, and a strong team culture is emphasized.
Responsible for material picks for Inter Company Transfers, Service Order Requests, and PO's. Assigns LP's to material, crate/package material for safe and organized transport. Performs other warehouse duties to support success of perpetual inventory, 5S and all safety policies by following established operating procedures.
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
While performing duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active – while performing this job the employee is regularly standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, balancing, reaching, handling, and climbing all day. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee works around moving mechanical parts, heavy equipment, and conveyor roller lines. The employee will work in outside weather conditions in all seasons. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
In addition, the employee may be exposed to dust, fumes, gases, noise, heat, cold, and wet work while performing job duties.
This position requires Personal Protective Equipment such as work gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, cut‑resistant sleeves, and seasonal gear which will be provided.
Additional items required but not included are steel-toed shoes or boots with metatarsal guards.
This is a full‑time hourly position, and hours of work and days are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
Pay Rate: $17.00–$17.50 per hour, 1st Shift 6:00am–2:30pm.
Freedman by Lippert determines pay based on several factors, including but not limited to the position being offered, education, skills, work experience, and other factors permitted by law. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
