Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and distribute materials, parts, and supplies.
• Load and unload trucks as required.

• Inspect received goods and report or reject damaged or incorrect items.
• Maintain records of received and distributed materials.
• Manage inventory and distribute materials to manufacturing lines
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain shipment records
• Post weights and calculate shipping charges
• Prepare materials for final shipment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Support additional duties as assigned

Position Overview

The Materials Handler is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and handling of materials throughout the facility. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material distribution while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in material handling, warehouse, or inventory management
• Experience working in stockroom or inventory environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365
• Prior material handling or warehouse experience
• Strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
