Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a warehouse associate within the Supply Chain and Logistics team. The position supports fast-paced shipping and receiving operations on first shift with OT as needed, primarily at the Broken Arrow facility.

The role emphasizes material handling, crate construction, safety, and teamwork, with a focus on accurate inventory movement and efficient logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months experience using a forklift.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Able to build shipping crates to provided dimensions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, store, issue, stage, move, dispatch and ship materials, parts, tools, assemblies in and out of Solar facilities, as assigned.
• Operate any material moving equipment to move materials, parts and/or tooling.
• Plan and execute the methods necessary for loading and unloading all types of vehicles used in the transportation of receiving and shipping material.
• Contribute to daily responsibilities regarding safety in the work area.
• Perform all the assigned duties necessary to maintain the shipping and receiving areas throughout Solar, also keeping the work area in a clean environment.
• Perform all assigned duties necessary related to building crates and packaging parts for transportation.
• Communicate well with team members.

Position Objective

Regulate, coordinate, and expedite the flow of material throughout the company to maintain schedules in a fast-paced team environment. Th is is a first shift position (7:30 am – 4:00 pm), with mandatory OT including weekends as needed along with the potential for second shift on occasion. This position will primarily be based at Solar’s Broken Arrow facility. The successful candidate will have a safety-oriented mindset.

Summary Pay Range

The target hourly rate for this role is $24.00 - $30.00
