Job summary

Jonell Systems in Breckenridge, TX is seeking a Materials Handler to manage stock locations, move materials, and support production with timely raw materials.

The role requires forklift availability or certification, physical endurance for lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety protocols. You will participate in cycle counts, labeling, and inventory control to ensure production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory and material handling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift experience or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock locations and keep shelves/aisles neat.
  • Prepare labels for inventory lot tracking.
  • Handle raw material requests from production areas.
  • Unload inbound material and prepare for inspection.
  • Return unused material to stock locations.
  • Perform periodic cycle counts.
  • Pull, kit and allocate parts in MRP/MC as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Responsibilities
About the Role:
  • Management of stock locations. Keep shelves & isles neat and clean.
  • Prepare labels for inventory lot tracking
  • Handle all raw material requests made by production work areas
  • Unloads inbound raw material and prepares it for inspection
  • Returns unused raw material to stock locations
  • Preforms periodic cycle counts
  • Pull, kit and allocate parts in MC as applicable
  • Must be able to be forklift certified
  • Other tasks as requested by manager
  • C ollecting, validating, maintain ing, performing, running, loading, inspecting, cleaning, documenting, lifting, recording, detecting, completing, continuous improvement, trusted partner , operating, reporting
  • You will be expected to adhere to all safety rules, including the wearing of PPE (personal protective equipment)
