Job summary

Robroy Industries, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate on the second or third shift to fill shipping orders and manage inventory from multiple departments. You will use the WMS to pick, verify, package, and load orders, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock across assembly, CNC, and bonding areas.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, ability to write routine reports, and the physical capability to lift 20-50 lbs as needed. MRPII familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fills shipping orders with stock from finished goods warehouse and delivers it to shipping for processing.
• Performs related shipping and inventory handling functions as directed by supervisor
• Maintains stock in the assembly, CNC, and bonding areas to ensure production flow
• Documents or performs inventory transactions to maintain correct balances in the company database using WMS
• Picks, verifies, packages, and loads orders for shipment using WMS
• Performs daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy using WMS
• Unloads trucks and matches goods with invoices
• Transports finished goods from production floor to finished goods warehouse and places it in designated bins
• Maintains WIP warehouse for proper stock rotation and bin placement
• Delivers inbound freight to respective locations
• Picks finished goods from pack lists to be shipped
• Verifies counts on skids for WIP finished goods and products to be shipped
• Removes waste from plant that cannot be moved by hand
• Performs UPS shipments and prepares skids for shipments
• Performs daily maintenance checks and housekeeping on lift trucks and warehouse equipment
• Responsible for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation, and disposition of non-conforming products, services, or systems
• Keeps immediate work area clean and organized
• Adheres to and understands all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policy
• All department processes and procedures documented and trained/cross-trained as necessary

• Responsible for the set up and changeovers for the daily production persupervisor's direction
• Maintains stock in the assembly department, CNC department and thebonding area so to ensure the flow of production
• Documents or performs inventory transactions to maintain correctbalances in the company database using WMS
• Picks, verifies, packages, and loads orders for shipment using WMS
• Performs daily cycle counts as required for inventory accuracy usingWMS
• Unloads trucks and matches goods with invoices
• Transports finished goods from the production floor to the finished goodswarehouse and places it in the properly designated bins
• Maintains WIP warehouse for proper stock rotation. Ensures that all WIPis placed in its proper bins in the warehouse
• Delivers inbound freight to respective locations

Requirements

• Must be able to hold current Hilo licensePreferred:
• Familiarity with MRPIIExerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of forcefrequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly tomove objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
