Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm) in Saint Charles, IL. The on-site, full-time role offers a starting rate and a standard hourly wage with RF scanning and material movement for production lines.

Responsibilities include moving materials, scanning in/out with RF devices, maintaining flow, and supporting preproduction staging. Candidates should have at least one year in materials handling and manufacturing environments, and comply with safety policies.

Qualifications

• One year of materials handling experience.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Responsible for food safety, food quality and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and procedures required by departments and company.
• Scans with an RF Scanner for IQMS.
• Scans materials in and out as required.
• Maintains flow of product to and from equipment.
• Moves skids to designated area at completion.
• Assists with construction of skids as required.
• Packages, labels and stacks products as required.
• Prepares recycling of scrap according to procedures.
• Organizes material on production floor.
• Performs inventory of warehouse/cycle count to support staging of preproduction products.
• Performs end of day disposition of finished goods.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
