Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage material replenishment for raw materials and finished goods using MRP.
• Execute DRP and maintain stock parameters to support service objectives.
• Manage PO portfolio, analyze stock discrepancies, and coordinate adjustments.
• Convert requisitions to POs through ERP and align with forecasts.
• Monitor MRP exceptions and expedit deliveries with suppliers when needed.
• Oversee customer workflows, PO acknowledgements, ASNs, and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor stock health, shortages, and back orders to maintain material availability.
• Coordinate transportation modes and work with logistics to track shipments.
• Serve as supplier contact, collaborating with planning, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Analyze supply chain performance and support inventory optimization initiatives.
