Austin Industrial is seeking a Material Coordinator/Rigger to assemble rigging and manage material flow for job sites. You will coordinate orders, supervise delivery timelines, and ensure safe hoisting operations with experienced guidance from senior personnel.
The role requires 4 years of journeyman-level experience, NCCCO/NCCER certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Industrial environments demand strong organization and safety compliance.

This person will be able to assemble rigging to lift and move various equipment and materials to and from jobsite areas by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Responsible for ensuring the jobsite has an adequate and timely flow of materials and equipment. A construction expeditor must be a well-organized individual able to multitask. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems. Experience in project management will be extremely useful as knowledge of basic purchasing and technical principles. Other duties may be assigned.
Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 4 years of Journeyman-level experience.
Certification/Licenses: NCCCO Rigger 1 & 2 or Advanced Gold Card NCCER Certification, and a Valid Driver’s License.

Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.
