Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Duncan, OK is seeking a Material Coordinator for night shifts to ensure timely materials movements, accurate inventory, and clean, organized warehouse operations. You will contribute to safe daily workflows and uphold quality standards.

Shifts run Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am with overtime as needed. Candidates with an associate degree and forklift certification are encouraged to apply, as are those with prior operations experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with handheld scanners and forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in an operations environment is advantageous.

• Perform warehouse duties including cleaning and housekeeping activities.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed to support operations.

Work Shift

(Nights) Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm - 3:00am

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.
• Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean‑up and housekeeping activities.
• Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.

Qualifications

• Two year degree and 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Material Coordinator I, Material Coordinator II, or Material Coordinator III.
