Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Wisconsin is seeking an entry‑level Material Coordinator. The role focuses on timely materials movements, accurate storage and inventory control within a warehouse.

Expect standard hours with potential Saturday requirements and growth opportunities within the Supply Chain Mgmt family. Ideal candidates will have a two-year degree with at least one year of relevant experience and familiarity with handheld scanners, SAP/S4, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred.
• Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.
• Some experience with SAP/S4 and Microsoft Excel (Not required).

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.
• Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities.

Qualifications

• Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred.
• Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.
• Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.
• Some experience with SAP/S4 and Microsoft excel. (Not required)

Work Shift

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm / Saturdays as needed.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
