Responsibilities

• Support annual and long-term goals per client plans.
• Foster a collaborative material control culture within the organization.
• Verify received materials match purchase orders, check quantities, inspect for damage, and assign stock numbers and locations.
• Resolve receipt issues with suppliers and coordinate for replacements or returns.
• Sign and date delivery tickets; ensure accurate receipt entry and correct UOM.
• Perform cycle counts, verify item accuracy, and report issues.
• Ensure inventory areas are kept clean and organized; manage waste disposal and housekeeping.
• Prepare shipping memos for materials sent off site or returned to suppliers; manage disposals and recycling as required.
• Collaborate with Procurement to purchase materials and expedite with suppliers.
