Job summary

ORR Protection is a national leader in fire and life safety, delivering lifecycle-driven solutions. We are hiring a Material Control Coordinator for an in-office role based in West Chester, OH, focusing on inventory control, shipping/receiving, and compliance with ATF/DOT requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain HAZMAT training and an ATF Employee Possessor Certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year warehouse experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to complete HAZMAT training and obtain ATF Employee Possessor Certificate.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare spare parts shipments and documentation for carriers (Bill of Lading, MSDS, etc.).
• Inspect orders for accuracy and completeness; manage returns and warranty credits as needed.
• Maintain inventory through regular cycle counts and monthly reports.
• Adhere to ATF and DOT requirements for explosive shipments and preserve log books.
• Coordinate physical movement of items between branches as needed.
