Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller in Houston, TX to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned mats, places them into a rolling machine, and maintains a clean work area. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to meet production standards.

You will sort and stage rolled mats for customer delivery and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Attendance and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned mats.
• Place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and place the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
• Meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
