You’ll guide residents through safe, inclusive workouts, arrive early to set up, clock in with our digital tools, and build your brand as a trusted fitness leader while enjoying flexible scheduling and supportive team resources.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Experience leading Mat Pilates or group fitness classes.
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive Mat Pilates classes.
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants.
• Use digital tools to clock in and track attendance.
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity.
