Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead engaging fitness classes and motivate participants. You will create and deliver new, fresh routines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and teamwork.

The role emphasizes enthusiasm for group exercise, reliability, and a collaborative leadership approach in a studio environment. Training and certifications are required, with competitive compensation per class and robust benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA)
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

• Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 - $125/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
