HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a part-time Pilates Instructor for Arden Hills, MN. Teach one Mat Pilates class per week on Fridays 11:00–11:45 AM, delivering fun, safe, and effective group instruction to members.

Required: Mat Pilates certification; CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire; 2+ years of group exercise instruction preferred; ability to use electronic onboarding and timecard systems. Compensation is $40–$50 per class, determined by location and experience.

About the role

Pilates Instructor - Arden Hills, MN

Part-time teaching 1 class per week

This is a position teaching 1 class per week; Fridays from 11-11:45AM.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group instruction to members taking Mat Pilates classes.

Minimum Requirements

• Mat Pilates certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $40- $50 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
