Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license is required.
• Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or medical detox preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete vital signs on all patients as policy and prudent judgment indicates.
• Obtain urine samples according to prescribed procedure.
• Administer medications used for MAT and monitor patient progress.
• Document medical information in patient records per policies.
• Coordinate care and assist with insurance preauthorizations when indicated.
• Provide patient education on medications, addiction, and self-care.
• Assist in crisis intervention and maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Participate in team meetings and workflow development.
