Qualifications

• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds plus.
• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products.
• Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors.
• Perform duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather).

Responsibilities

• Trim, lift, and stack mats.
• Walk and stand in small areas.
• Make sure mats are cut to the spec sheet.
• Communicate with the LTO driver to bring rolls to the machine.
• Set the machine to cut size.
• Cut round corners on the product.
• Send product through the saw to cut sides to form.
• Stack mat on pallet for move to next stage.
