Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA is seeking Masters-Level Therapists (associate or licensed) to join the Emergency Psychiatric Triage team. You will perform assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for pediatric and adult patients in a fast-paced, compassionate hospital setting.

The role requires a Master's degree and Washington licenses (Associate or fully licensed MHP/MFT), with experience in crisis services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, counseling, sociology or another social science equivalent, marriage and family counseling.
• Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License. Or Washington Marriage and Family Therapist Associate License
• 2 years clinical behavioral healthcare experience.
• 6 months working in crisis services.
• Preferred: 1 year hospital or emergency department experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for patients in emergency triage.
• Collaborate with patients, families and multidisciplinary care teams.

Join Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital, a major regional medical center serving patients throughout the Inland Northwest. Sacred Heart is a Level II Trauma Center, Level I Cardiac Center and regional referral center, with a dedicated children’s hospital and the region’s only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.

Associate:

Required qualifications:
