Signet Health is actively hiring a Master’s level Licensed Social Worker/Counselor/Mental Health Therapist for the outpatient program at Howard County Medical Center, St. Paul, NE. Must be licensed in Nebraska or eligible for licensure before starting.

On-site, in-person position with a Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends or holidays. We offer a very generous salary, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Nebraska state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Marketing skills to promote the program within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual therapy.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
• Supervision of staff.
• Market the program and establish referral connections within the community.
