Job summary

QCManufacturing Inc in California seeks an experienced CNC programmer to own complex aerospace prints from first article through production, translating engineering intent into precise toolpaths.

You will program and operate multi-axis machines, optimize G-code, design fixtures, and collaborate with engineering and production to scale parts to repeatable production while complying with GD&T, ITAR, and strict documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• Experience with high-precision, multi-axis machines.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate multi-axis machines (2-, 3-, 5-axis).
• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Post and manually edit G-code to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and develop custom tooling and fixturing solutions.
• Create clear and accurate setup documentation.
• Incorporate machine simulations and manage machine definitions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to transition parts from first article to production.
