Teknor Apex Company is seeking a Masterbatch Production Line Operator to drive safe, efficient color compounding on a 3rd shift. You will keep lines running, document production details, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues in real time.

The role requires staying on site, adhering to lean and safety standards, and flexing for mandatory overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reading and writing proficiency for logs and reports.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Shift flexibility: evenings, nights, or weekends may occur.
