Renewal by Andersen is seeking installers who are technicians and customer-service ambassadors, delivering a white-glove window replacement experience from design and sales through installation and service. You will engage with homeowners, explain the process, answer questions, and coordinate scheduling within hours 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Window installation and remodeling experience.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Availability 7 a.m.–7 p.m. when homeowners are home.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate with peers and homeowners.
• Ability to organize tasks and job requirements.
• Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment.
• Empathy and customer service skills.
• A strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
• Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
