Job summary

Wise Auto Group in California's GMC dealership is seeking a Senior or Master Automotive Technician to join our skilled team. You will diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on GMC vehicles, utilize factory diagnostic equipment, and mentor junior technicians to uphold quality workmanship.

Active ASE certifications are mandatory, and GM product experience is highly preferred. You will work in a modern shop with updated tools, competitive flat-rate pay, performance incentives, and access to GM

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs to GMC vehicles.
• Utilize the latest factory diagnostic equipment and repair information.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and communicate repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay current with GM training and certification requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Senior Technician or GM Master Technician experience preferred.
• Special consideration given for World Class Technicians
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Current ASE certifications are mandatory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience with GM products and diagnostic systems is highly preferred.
