Porsche of Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Master Technician or Certified Technician to join our elite service team, where excellence is the standard. You will diagnose complex issues, perform repairs, and ensure the highest Porsche quality in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role emphasizes advanced diagnostics, routine and complex maintenance, and ongoing factory training to stay ahead of evolving Porsche technologies.

Qualifications

• Porsche Certified Master Technician or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a certified technician within the Porsche brand.
• ASE Certifications (Automotive Service Excellence) – Master Tech level.
• Advanced diagnostic skills with OEM tools and software.
• 2+ years teaching complex technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed vehicle diagnostics and repairs using Porsche-specific tools.
• Conduct routine and complex maintenance procedures to Porsche standards.
• Ensure all services meet high quality standards and customer expectations.
• Explain technical information and recommendations to service advisors and customers.
• Stay updated on Porsche technologies through factory training.
