Job summary

A leading automotive group in Silver Spring is seeking Master-Level Mercedes-Benz Technicians with strong diagnostic skills and dealership experience. This role offers a competitive pay range between $35.00 and $40.00 per flat rate hour, with an earning potential of over $100,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates will perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior technicians. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in a busy, well-managed service department is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose electrical, drivability, and complex mechanical concerns.
• Complete repairs in accordance with Mercedes-Benz factory standards.
• Document all work performed clearly and accurately on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety of repairs.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Education

Mercedes-Benz Master Technician or equivalent senior diagnostic experience

OEM and/or ASE certifications
