Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina is seeking an experienced Automotive Master to lead our shop and deliver exceptional service. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems and mentor teammates.

The role requires 5+ years of advanced repair experience and strong leadership, with 8 ASE certifications preferred. Availability Monday through Saturday with one day off, and valid driver’s license.

• Wamiliar with a broad range of vehicle systems and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair driveability, brakes, suspension, engines, electrical, A/C and computer systems.
• Mentor teammates and lead by example to drive productivity and quality.
• Educate customers on vehicle issues and solutions.
• Keep the shop organized, safe and running smoothly.
• Perform tasks across all technician levels and assist teammates with complex repairs.

• 5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience.
• 8+ ASE certifications preferred (A1–A8) or years of experience

• Availability for days: Mon - Sat with 1 day off (flexible schedule)
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands:

• Lift occasionally up >50 lbs, and stand, bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Work in varying environments, indoors and outdoors, exposed to weather and chemicals.
