Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Flemington is seeking a Master Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and a yearly earning potential of $50k–$125k.

The position includes air-conditioned shops, paid training and certifications, and advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, providing repair estimates, and performing warranty work per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
