• Cosmetology license required.

• Proficiency in latest salon techniques for haircutting, hair coloring, texture services, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, keratin, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate products and drive sales through guest service experiences.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an unmatched guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
