Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant salon experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets for hair services by delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to store goals.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests; perform product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
