Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver high-quality professional services focused on the guest’s total look and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to achieve service sales, productivity, and guest satisfaction targets.

The position requires a cosmetology license, prior salon experience, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology licensed professional with relevant salon experience.
• Ability to perform haircuts, color, styling, and makeup services.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and service goals through guest service and product recommendations.
• Support events and promotions to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends, and ingredients to assist guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and store cleanliness.
