Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts and extensions.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and drive retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products with guests and participate in in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and keep salon and sales floor areas clean and organized.
